Terms & Conditions
All weekly rental fee prices are based on a one-week rental period, generally running from Saturday to Saturday (exceptions may be made with a rate variance).
All rental fees are cited in European euros.
The seasonal periods are as follows:
High Season:
- March 29 – November 6
- December 18 – January 7
Low Season:
- All other time periods
The weekly and monthly rental fee includes lodging, linens, final cleaning and all utilities (electricity, water, heat, WIFI – and in the Assisi apartment, air-conditioning).
For daily rental fees, 30 E requested for cleaning.
All fees are payable in advance (i.e. 30% due within 7 days of reservation; final 70% due 6 weeks prior to arrival.)
A security deposit, 150 € will be requested on arrival, fully refundable at departure time if all fine in the apartment.
Long-term leases are available at greatly – reduced rates for those wishing to stay from 2 months to 2 years. Please contact me for pricing specific to your time-frame.
